Join the Solid Gold Yogi community, based in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn, for a nourishing Fall Yoga Retreat Upstate in partnership with The Outlier Inn in Woodridge, NY.
Two senior yoga teachers, Nami Soga and Leslie Graves, will guide morning and evening yoga and meditation practices. Eva Kornet will lead a Sacred Flow breathwork journey. Enjoy bonfires, nature walks, and plenty of space to relax and soak in the peak fall foliage. Meals will be lovingly prepared by Agata Dean, a local chef sourcing fresh organic produce and mushrooms from a nearby farm.

By bus: Shortline (shortlinebus.com) runs from Port Authority to Monticello/Woodridge, NY.
Friday departures: 10:15am (arrives 12:05pm) or 12:30pm (arrives 2:20pm)
Tickets: $31 one-way / $63 roundtrip
We’ll arrange car service from the station to The Outlier Inn—just let us know your arrival time.
Arrival & Departure
Friday: Arrive anytime 12–4pm. First yoga class begins at 4pm.
Sunday: Morning practice + brunch, then departures. Early arrivals or departures are fine—just let us know.
