The Outlier Inn is the perfect location for your retreat or event and we can accommodate groups large and small. Whether it is a wedding, health & wellness retreat, location photo or video shoot, corporate off-site, creative retreat or private party we can customize your experience according to your needs.
Our Packages.
We offer three types of group packages: full property rentals, glamping half rentals, or glamping half plus additional a la carte accommodation rentals. We can work with you to choose the package that suits you!
Full Property Rentals: Includes the entire property EXCEPT for the two recording studios and the Main House. Up to 75 people sleeping on-site.
Glamping Half (Seasonal) Rentals: Includes all of the seasonal rentals and is available from mid-April to mid-November. Up to 30 people sleeping on-site.
Glamping Half + A La Carte: Includes all of the seasonal rentals with the option of adding additional accommodations as necessary.

Weddings.
Would you like to have a wedding that you and yours will remember forever? Why spend a few harried hours rushing through your wedding when you can have an entire weekend to savor the moment and spend quality time with your friends and family? Our Wedding Package includes rental of our entire property for 2 nights/3 days and enables you to plan a weekend experience!
Health & Wellness Retreats.
Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Soundbaths, Pilates…we have an incredible infrastructure for your longevity retreat. The 30 foot Large Dome is an amazing space for wellness retreats, with it’s unique and ethereal sound, gorgeous light and views of nature. The 20 foot outdoor amphitheater platform is wonderful for smaller classes and workshops. The wood-fired cedar hot tub and cedar sauna, followed by a cold plunge in our spring-fed pond make for a perfect wellness routine. There are many places for reflection on the property along with a meditation circle on Silver Lake across the street, accessible from adjoining Rail Trail.
Photo and Video Location Shoots.
Are you looking for the perfect location to shoot your next feature film or fashion editorial? We have a wide variety of sets and backdrops to choose from and can offer accommodations for your entire crew for multi-day shoots. Off-Sites.
Want to change up your work environment and build a stronger team? Bring the office upstate for an off-site and work remotely in the woods. We have high speed Wifi throughout the property and have monitors and projectors for presentations. Experience productivity while being inspired by nature!
